Location: Mumbai (Hybrid)

Shift Timing: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST
Notice Period: Up to 45 days
Interview Process: 1 virtual + 1 in-person
We are seeking an experienced professional (4–5 years) for a Market Registration and Entity KYC role within a leading investment management firm.
Must-have skills:
Strong understanding of investment operations, including mutual funds
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Clear communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
High attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks independently
Nice to have:
Familiarity with SEBI regulations, especially related to Foreign Portfolio Investors
Experience handling global markets documentation and legalization
Role highlights:
Manage global market registration and renewal workflows
Coordinate with internal teams, custodians, and external stakeholders
Respond to KYC and AML documentation requirements
Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance (SEBI and others)
Support investment teams in entity setup and trade readiness
