Job Description

Job Title: AML/KYC Analyst
Location: Bangalore (only candidates currently residing in Bangalore are eligible to apply)
Experience Required: 1 to 3 years
Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented AML/KYC Analyst to join our team based in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of financial crime compliance and customer due diligence processes, particularly in the areas of onboarding and monitoring corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) checks for corporate clients in compliance with regulatory and internal standards

  • Conduct Anti-Money Laundering (AML) reviews to identify potential red flags and escalate concerns as required

  • Support the client onboarding process by ensuring all documentation and verification processes are completed accurately and timely

  • Execute Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for high-risk customers by conducting in-depth background checks and risk assessments

  • Perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD) to validate customer identity and assess associated risk levels

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders such as compliance officers and relationship managers to gather information and resolve KYC/AML-related queries

  • Maintain and update client records, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to privacy regulations

  • Monitor and stay up to date with regulatory developments and changes in KYC/AML requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in AML/KYC, preferably in a financial services or banking environment

  • Familiarity with corporate KYC procedures and documentation

  • Hands-on experience with AML systems, screening tools, and workflow management tools

  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to identify potential risks and compliance issues

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Only candidates currently residing in Bangalore will be considered for this position

  • Candidates must be available to join immediately or within a maximum notice period of 15 days
