We Are Hiring – Relationship Manager (Banking)

Experience: 2 to 4 years
We are looking for passionate and results-driven professionals for the acquisition of high-end current accounts and cross-selling of other banking products through open market initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire new-to-bank high-end current accounts through self-sourced leads and open market efforts (target: 4–5 current accounts per month, including 2 priority current accounts with an initial payout of ₹3 lakhs and M1 MAB of ₹4 lakhs). Ensure compliance with bank policies including KYC and AML.
Ensure smooth customer onboarding and seamless transition to the branch banking team.
Drive customer activation by ensuring account balance requirements and transaction initiation within the first month and quarter. Target: 80% customers to maintain AQB, 75% internet banking penetration, 50% DSB penetration.
Conduct activities for consistent lead generation and market penetration.
Generate leads and coordinate with the Branch Manager and product teams (Trade, FX, CMS/DSB) to offer tailored business solutions to clients.
