We’re hiring – Business Analyst (Corporate & Institutional Banking Domain)
Location: Gurugram
Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred
CTC: Up to 18 LPA
Experience: 5 to 10 years
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support critical functions across client onboarding, lending, risk assessment, AML, and KYC processes within the Corporate & Institutional Banking (C&IB) domain.
Key responsibilities:
Lead client onboarding activities, including AML checks and KYC verification
Conduct credit risk assessments using credit scoring and underwriting practices
Support the full loan origination and disbursement lifecycle
Ensure alignment with loan origination system (LOS) policies and regulatory guidelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for implementation of new products and enhancements
Ideal candidate profile:
5 to 10 years of business analysis experience in the BFSI domain
In-depth knowledge of lending workflows and compliance regulations (AML, KYC)
Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
